dar gnaoua exceeded my expectations during my recent stay in fes. from the moment i arrived, ahmet's warm welcome made me feel at home. the traditional riad was beautifully restored with colorful tiles and wooden furniture. the spacious menzeh double room and amazing terrace with views of the medina were the highlights.
No convenient mirrors for shaving.

It was inspiring to learn about the history and transformation of the hotel. The hospitality of the staff, especially Laurence and Ahmed, made our experience more fun. The location of the hotel, near the R'cif Place, was convenient for exploring the city. The room we stayed in, the single blue room, was perfect for a solo traveler. It was clean, cozy, and had a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast served on the terrace was delicious, and the view from there was amazing.

Enjoyed delicious breakfast with complementary mint tea and fresh pastries. the view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking. Located in the bustling heart of the ancient city with easy access to the city attractions.
The noise level in the evenings was sometimes too loud to sleep peacefully, and the shared toilet was a bit uncomfortable.
